Francis Rogers

Head of Junior Secondary

Francis, aged 41, has worked at OAKS for 4 years.  He is in charge of Junior Secondary School, teaching the subjects of Agriculture and Social Studies to both Primary and Secondary school pupils.

Frances is a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development Studies, he holds a Higher Teaching Certificate and is an NGO trained Psycho-Social Councillor.

He established an after school Kids Club in 2014, he runs OAKS Scouts and he has recently been ordained a Reverend, in charge of 10 churches.

Francis has four children, they live and are educated in Freetown, ranging in age from 12 – 20.  They reside with their aunt.

He lives about 3 miles from school to the north of Bo.  He enjoys relaxation using his agricultural skills, growing cassava.
